A complaint should be submitted in writing, specifying:
– date of conclusion of the sales contract,
– complaint reason,
– order number (or customer login),
– amount paid,
– payment method,
– customer request (exchange of goods, refund).

The complaint will be settled after the customer has provided a written notification and the product subject to the complaint.
