Indications

Adhenal Plus fixing cream seals the denture and prevents the penetration of irritating food particles between the denture and the palate, thus ensuring its stability for many hours. Under the influence of moisture, a sticky adhesive layer is formed on the surface of the denture, which enables the stabilization of the denture and increases its adhesion to the oral mucosa. It has a mint flavor.

 

The cream seals and improves the retention of the denture and increases the bite strength, especially during adaptation to the denture in patients with difficult anatomical conditions that do not ensure adequate stability of the denture, as well as in patients whose mental considerations make it difficult to adapt to the denture. 

It can also be used in cases of long-term use of the denture, as a result of which retention is impaired.

Special warnings and precautions for use

  • Do not use the product in case of hypersensitivity to its ingredients. In individual cases, allergic reactions of the oral mucosa or the whole organism may occur. In such cases, stop using the cream and consult a dentist.
  • Do not use the preparation in the case of diseases of the oral mucosa without consulting a doctor.
  • The condition of the oral cavity should be monitored, when using dentures.

Handling the product

  1. Clean and dry the denture. On the surface of the denture, adjacent to the palate or to the gum, apply a few short strips of cream, not too close to its edge (an example drawing below). If necessary, you can apply the cream to the back part of the denture and slightly increase the amount of cream.

NOTE: The cream can also be used on a wet denture – in this case, apply the cream carefully, avoiding the contact of the tip of the tube with the denture, because the moisture after getting into the tube may cause the product to harden, making it impossible to squeeze the cream out of the tube.

  1. Rinse the mouth, put the denture in the right place in the mouth, press it down and bite it for a few seconds. Do not eat or drink for 5 minutes from putting on the denture.

3. After using the cream, carefully close the tube to protect the cream from moisture.

4. After using the denture during the day, remove the cream from its surface (e.g. with a dry, soft cloth or a cotton swab moistened with cooking oil), then rinse the denture with water, while cleaning its surface with a soft brush.

Storage conditions

Store in a tightly closed container, protecting the tube head from contamination or wetting. 

Keep out of the reach of children.
